HOW IT WORKS

It’s quick & easy to sell your device, simply follow the 4 step process below

1. Register

Find your device using the search bar above or click me to be taken to a manual search. Once you find your device, you will be able to see your guaranteed offer.
On registration your offer is valid for 7 days. To avoid disappointment, please post your device as soon as possible, as you may receive a different offer if we receive your phone after the 7 days.


2. Package

We strongly recommend that you package your device carefully to minimise the risk of damage. We advise that you send your device in a sealed, strong, rigid container. Please ensure that you insert the battery into the device and make sure it is switched off. Wrap it in 1cm of cushioning e.g. bubble wrap and pop it in a box, you could use your original box or anything that makes it strong and rigid, so it doesn’t move about.

Please note we do not need screen protectors or cases – if you send these in with your device we will remove these when your device is delivered and we will be unable to return them to you.


3. Post

When posting your device you have two options, you can either:

1. Post through your own means.
Print off the address label (we’ll email this to you), attach it to the package and post through your chosen method. We’d recommend using a tracked service to ensure your device reaches us safely.

2. Post through Royal Mail.
Print off the Royal Mail postage label, attach it to the package and hand it over to Royal Mail at your nearest post office.
And guess what? Royal Mail shipping will be paid for you! Search for a local post office here.


4. Payment

Providing the device matches our terms and conditions and the device was received before 12pm we will pay your cash directly into your bank account by same day transfer.
If the device does not fit the offer grading criteria, don't worry, we will send you a new offer on the same day or we’ll send your device back FREE of charge.
